A claim request may be placed when there are any issues, such as a defective product, damage, or non-compliance with the order specifications. Furthermore, it is recommended that the customer makes his/her request within seven days of receiving the order.
It is recommended that the customer capture images or videos while unboxing the product. The items sent back should be in their original state and should not have the following attributes:
- Any damages incurred post-delivery while the item is under the responsibility of the client.
- Damages like cuts, burns, stains, or any other damage that arise due to the wrong use of the item.
- Accessories are missing, the product tag has been removed, and packaging alterations.
Some products cannot be returned or refunded since they are made to order based on customer preferences. This applies to:
- Customized or made-to-measure carpets in specific sizes and patterns.
- Carpets of typical color shades with unique textures.
- Foreign carpets are ordered based on customer preference.
- Opened glue packs, underlay, or other installation materials.
In case your replacement or return request is accepted by us, our quality department will check and examine the complaint before proceeding further. The following information will need to be provided by customers:
- Copy of the invoice, order confirmation, or payment slip.
- Delivery information related to verifying the order.
- Defective or damaged item pictures or videos.
Customers should take note of the following refund policies:
- Installation fees are not refundable since they include labor expenses and material installation services.
- Delivery or freight charges will be refunded if the problem is attributed to our company.
- The time frame for processing the refund depends on the bank and method used.
If any customer wants to cancel an order, they must immediately get in touch with our support department. The refunding will depend on the order status at the moment of cancellation.
The order that was not processed, customized, dispatched, or installed can be refunded. But an order placed for customized carpets cannot be cancelled once its production/preparation has begun.
